Reaching out is the hardest part - and waiting to hear back is tough! I try to get back to all requests within 48 hours. When I reach back out to you via email, I will offer you a few of my availabilities for a quick (15 minute) phone consult. The goal of the phone consult is for me to understand a bit what has prompted you to reach out, to make sure I am best placed to help, as well as to introduce myself and how I work. Assuming we’re a good fit, we can book a first session at the end of the phone consult.

While I know many people now have the flexibility to take sessions during work hours, please make sure this is comfortable for you. Attending therapy takes time, energy and money - it is important you find someone who can meet your scheduling needs.
