Hello and welcome!

I’m Alannah, a Montreal-based c.o. and psychotherapist. I work with adults experiencing various mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, addiction, grief, life transitions, and interpersonal issues. I have a special interest in helping individuals navigate mood and anxiety disorders during pregnancy and the postpartum period, as well as supporting individuals who have experienced trauma, grief or loss related to pregnancy, parenthood and/or the perinatal journey. Regardless of why you are choosing to reach out, my goal is to create a therapeutic space where you will feel seen, heard and accepted.

My approach is warm, supportive, and transparent; helping clients discover both their resilience and their potential. I know that therapy can involve difficult conversations and be an emotionally-intense experience so I also use humour (thoughtfully!) to foster connection, perspective, and moments of lightness.

I provide evidence-based and integrative psychotherapy, drawing from Psychodynamic, EFT, CBT, and Trauma-Informed therapy. Above all, I value collaboration, and will work at your pace in order to help you make sense of your feelings before taking empowered action toward your therapeutic goals.
